Frequently asked questions
Clarity from
the first conversation.
Which organisations does the firm advise?
The practice focuses on companies and organisations. Professional experience includes credit cooperatives, agribusiness, technology, occupational pensions and corporate groups. Each matter is assessed individually.
How does an LGPD project differ from DPO as a Service?
An LGPD project establishes or reviews the privacy programme. DPO as a Service provides ongoing support for day-to-day privacy matters within the agreed scope and responsibilities.
Can we make initial contact remotely?
Yes. You can introduce your needs by email or telephone and discuss how the consultation should take place.
How is an engagement established?
Following initial contact and an assessment of the matter, the scope, responsibilities and terms are defined. Sending a message does not, on its own, establish a lawyer-client engagement.
Does international experience include admission to practise in Germany?
International experience supports business and privacy projects. The professional registration presented here is Brazilian: OAB/SP 199.955. Matters requiring admission in another jurisdiction need to be assessed separately.
